Summary

Cornerstones of Care (COC) is seeking highly skilled, dedicated professionals to join our new Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care Program (MTFC) by fostering teens, ages 12-18 years, with behavioral and/or emotional problems. MTFC uses a team approach to treatment, with the foster parents as a key part of this team. These dedicated foster parents will provide a healthy home for the youth and will be committed to positively impacting their life by providing them with the structure and consistency they need in order to be successful at meeting their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

The foster parents implement a structured program customized for the youth under the guidance of program staff. They receive an enhanced level of support from the staff (24/7) and they meet regularly with other foster parents for additional support. The foster parents also receive a daily phone call to check on the youth’s behavior and they receive a monthly stipend ($2000) for having a youth placed in their home.
