The Secretary of SRS/CPS Don Jordan stated in a closed meeting on March 18, 2008 that the Sedgwick County DA's office bullied Social Workers into filing false petitions with the court to have children removed from their parents custody.

The Audit is investigating whether the Secretary's Allegations are true.
The Attorney General was requested to investigate these allegations as this is a threat to the General Public and the AG REFUSED.
